Domestic Return Policy
The Pictus Shop is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
- Contact us with your name, address and order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
- We do not accept any returns after 45 days from ship date.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
- To exchange your purchase, simply Contact us to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
We are a very small business (literally one guy in a room), we receive orders every day, so to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, we make trips to the US Post office every Tuesday and Friday.
We ship all items USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once the item ships.
What sort of “problems/concerns” might delay my order?
If we are unable to verify your shipping address or if the item you selected sold out before we could fulfill your order, we might not be able to ship your item(s) right away. In those cases, a member of our staff will contact you immediately to work with you on resolving the issue and expediting your order in a timely fashion.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
The Pictus Shop does not currently offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. However, we may offer this option in the future.
Do you ship to locations outside the U.S.?
At this time, The Pictus Shop does not offer international shipping. However, we may offer this option in the future.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
You may include a P.O. box as your shipping address.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you’re located on a military base, within or outside the U.S., please provide a residential address in the United States for your order and have the shipment forwarded to you upon receipt.
Will you require a signature for delivery?
